Delisting of senior notes

Delisting of €425,000,000 8.625% senior notes due 2013 (ISINs XS0177495289 and XS0177495107) (the “Notes”) issued by EMI Group Limited (formerly EMI Group plc, the “Company”)

Following the announcement dated 21 December 2007 that the Company has satisfied and discharged all of its outstanding obligations in respect of the remaining Notes in accordance with the terms and conditions of the indenture governing the Notes by depositing all monies payable until redemption of the Notes with the trustee of the Notes, the Company announces that applications were made earlier today by the Company to the Financial Services Authority for the cancellation of the listing of the Notes on the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the admission of the Notes to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s market for listed securities (the “Cancellations”).

The cancellation of trading and removal from the Official List is subject to a 20 business day notice period, which commences today.  The Company anticipates that the Cancellations will take effect at 8.00 am on 23 January 2008.  Therefore the last day of trading in the Notes will be 22 January 2008.

The Cancellations and delisting will significantly reduce the liquidity and marketability of any Notes outstanding.
